I got a new place and I need to move out westland garden 1b1b apartment. The apartment is at 2nd floor, has 2 window AC in the apartment. There is washer and driver inside the building.
The rent is $795 per month( if you go to the office now, probably the monthly rent is more than $840). The location is very convenient, cross road is bus 35 and UMBC shuttle bus stop. It is about 20 mins walking distance to school.
I will clean the apartment before you move in(the moving date is flexible ). The rent is firm, if you want to renew the lease next year. You can put the contract under your name.(BTW, you will give rent to the rental office, not me, that's how much i pay)
