I will graduate in December and I will leave the state after the graduation. So, I am looking for a female student to sublease my room starting from January 15, 2016 to May. Full kitchen and washer/dryer available. Each room is $590 a month, includes utilities and wifi. The unfinished room is the one that I want to sublease. The condo is Cozy and comfortable with fireplace in living room, small swimming pool open in summer, and small fitness room. Walking distance from nice local library. Supermarket, drugstore, restaurants, gas stations, and fast food all within a quarter mile. Amtrak and MARC train stations are nearby. Light rail station and train station located at airport. Easy access to I-95, 295, 100, 195, and 895. 15 minutes from downtown Baltimore, 30 minutes from Washington DC by car. Trains run to DC weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
