I have two rooms available for rent in a town home that is very close to UMBC. One bedroom is available for $550, the other room for rent is the basement which is at $600. These prices include all utilities, cable and internet. Town home is located in a nice area just off campus with ample parking. I currently live in the home with one roommate.
