In this session, you will learn to use your roster to determine if students are registered properly.  We will review each field within the roster so you will know exactly what to expect.  You will also learn how to merge secondary devices if students use more than one device during a class period.

Clickers at UMBC

Used by more than 5,000 students, UMBC has standardized its student response system, or “clickers,”on the Turning Technologies platform to support instant student feedback to questions posed by faculty in the classroom. Students can use clickers or their mobile devices to engage in classroom activities. The results display of all student responses allows the instructor to tailor instructor based on what students do (or don’t) understand before moving on to new content.
