It's that time of the semester -- you are trying to upload another PDF or PowerPoint presentation into your Blackboard course, only to learn you are unable to because your Blackboard course quota is full.
Videos, slideshow presentations, and documents quickly take up course storage. In this webinar, we will review cloud storage options faculty can utilize to upload large content and link to the content within their Blackboard course shells in order to optimize course storage.
Session objectives:
- Define items uploaded to Blackboard that count against course quota.
- Identify UMBC's primary cloud storage options and advantages between them.
- Determine which cloud storage options best support videos, slideshow presentations, and other documents.
- Create links within Blackboard to content from cloud storage.
- Locate large content to delete from Blackboard courses.
- Describe scenarios that may warrant content to be uploaded to Blackboard instead of cloud storage.
Can we beat the clock to cover all of this in 30 minutes or less?
The session will begin at 12pm, and is offered from 12pm-1pm for any participant questions or deep dive explorations.
