Sara is excited to be joining the UMBC community as a Research Assistant in the KPIF. Previously, she worked as a post-baccalaureate research fellow at the National Institute on Aging, where she focused on investigating the role of cellular senescence in human wound healing. Before moving from New England down to Maryland, Sara completed her B.S. in Biology and Biotechnology at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2018.
