The Latinx and Hispanic Faculty Association is a group connecting all self-identified Latinx and Hispanic faculty with full-time academic appointments at UMBC in order to promote retention and promotion of Latinx and Hispanic faculty, as well as the mentoring and recruitment of outstanding graduate and undergraduate students of Hispanic and Latinx/e heritage.
