This retreat will features multiple forms of meditation including but not limited to:
- Sitting
- Walking
- Moving
- Hand mudra
We are serving food potluck style, so feel free to bring a dish! We hope to see you there!

This past winter retreat at the Won Dharma center was just as rejuvenating, peaceful, and sublime as the previous two I'd attended. I loved the experience of connecting with everybody that I'd seen in the previous sessions and with everybody that came from UMBC. Being able to share the vast silence and spaciousness with so many people at the same time is a very enriching.There's much love within the Won Dharma center and being a part of that love is beautiful.
