About This Group
We practice various forms of meditation in group sessions to grow, learn, attain inner peace, and become more mindful in our daily lives. Meetings are held on a weekly basis according to the current advertised times for the semester.
Individuals of all spiritual and non-spiritual backgrounds are welcome!
