"Translating Your Graduate Experience"
Learn how to write down your grad experiences in your CV
What: Translating Your Graduate Experience
When: Friday, April 30th from 12PM - 1PM
Graduate students have been gaining experience in different kinds of positions during their graduate studies and we want to help them translate those experiences into their CVs/Resumes. These include activities from graduate assistantships, teaching assistantships, administrative assistantships, graders, research assistantships, internships outside campus, et.all. We have invited 3 panelists for the session as they bring diverse perspectives and significant experience with this matter. Panelists include Dr. Gurganus, Director of CIRTL, Diane Crump-Fogle from the Career Center, and Akriti Anand, the Chair of Graduate Assistant Advisory Council (GAAC) of GSA.
For questions or comments please contact Yarazeth Medina, Assistant Director for Graduate Student and Postdocs Development at yarazeth@umbc.edu.
This event is co-hosted with the Graduate Student Association (GSA).
