You can now create events in myUMBC that specify an online meeting link AND an on-campus location.
For events with both options, attendees can choose Going In Person or Going Virtually. An attendee's preference will be visible in the list of attendees and in downloadable reports. Attendees can change their preference by selecting Not Going and then choosing a different option.
For groups that use the participant tracking features of events, when you upload a list of participants to your event, you can select whether those participants were In-Person or Virtual.
This feature should provide some flexibility for groups that want maximize the accessibility of their events.
