Apply for the LEAP Leadership Development Academy!
Are you either…
A new people manager who needs to learn the foundational people skills to lead others and teams?
A current supervisor who wants a tune-up on today’s critical foundational managerial competencies to support your team?
If you answer ‘yes,’ we invite you to explore UMBC’s new LEAP Leadership Development Academy that launches this March!
LEAP is a 5-month leadership development academy designed to provide the critical professional competencies and people skills that new people managers need to be effective at leading others and teams.
This program will be delivered hybrid cohort-style with live in-person instructional sessions and virtual team coaching sessions. Participants will also receive an All-Access Pass to FranklinCovey’s Impact Portal where they will have access to additional resources. To aid participants in developing self-awareness, a 360 degree evaluation will be included which will form the basis of personal learning goals.
