FOTO: FITS Files with Python

UMBC Observatory Student Worker Vianne Stanford will be presenting on the FITS files using python. During the talk, Vianne will highlight:
- FITS File Structure
- Viewing FITS Header Information
- Viewing FITS Data Information
- Extracting sub-images and generating statistics for them
- Extracting a PSF from a sub-image centered on a source
As with all FOTO presentations, the talk will run 30-40 minutes with 10-20 minutes each for questions and feedback.
