It’s time for Winter Commencement, and we need your help! We are looking for volunteers, both experienced and new, to help make this year’s ceremonies a great success for UMBC, our graduates, and their family and friends.

The Undergraduate Commencement is on Thursday, December 17, at 10 a.m.in the RAC, with the processional starting at 9:40 a.m. The Graduate Commencement is Wednesday, December 16 at 10 a.m. in the RAC, with the processional starting at 9:50 a.m. If you would like to volunteer to support either or both of these ceremonies, please fill out our commencement volunteer sign-up form. We will send you a confirmation email shortly after you submit your selection.

Volunteer training for both ceremonies is scheduled for Tuesday, December 15, in the RAC. Undergraduate Ceremony training will be at 2 p.m., followed by the Graduate Ceremony training at 3 p.m.
