Congratulations to Dr. Blake Francis, who has been appointed the Director of the UMBC Human Context of Science and Technology (HCST) program!
In this new role, Dr. Francis will be overseeing and coordinating the HCST curriculum, as well as arranging for visiting speakers to its colloquium series and other events.
