Dr. Nanes is seeking students who are interested in taking the Putnam exam.  It will be held Saturday, December 6th and will consist of two 3-hour sessions, 6 problems each, separated by a lunch break.  This may be of interest to strong upper level math students (especially those who are creative and strong at proofs), and particularly to students who are active in Pi Mu Epsilon.
