IRB and Preparation for CITI Training (Human Subjects, Responsible Conduct of Research)
Did you notice that if you are going to use human or animal subjects, you must be certified? (Even for surveys!) The national CITI certification process can take at least 1.5 hours, if you haven't previously taken the modules. All graduate students, postdocs, faculty, and staff involved in research must be certified.
This year, we are sponsoring a "work" session where graduate students and postdocs can work on their training modules so that they will be certified for human or animal subjects research (e.g., biological sciences, social science research, etc.)

Library 7th Floor Open Area
Lunch will be served. Coffee will be available!
This event is set aside for postdocs and graduate students, however faculty members are welcome to attend.
