Healthcare providers use critical thinking skills while talking with patients, reading academic journals, or weighing treatment options. You can and should build these skills now!
The reading comprehension section of professional school admissions tests aim to measure critical thinking skills, and many people struggle with this section. Building critical thinking skills is possible, but it takes time and practice. This workshop will cover:
- what to look for when reading
- tips on dissecting passages
- questions to ask
- and more!
The target audience for this workshop is students taking the first two years of professional school prerequisites, but all are welcome.
