With classes, activities, and other responsibilities, time can seem to pass very quickly. Sometimes it can feel like every item on your to-do list is both urgent and important, making it difficult to find the time to slow down and consider the meaning of these experiences. However, doing so is essential to ensuring that the path that you’re creating aligns with your values, goals, skills, and character.
When you think about your motivation for pursuing a health field, what comes to mind? This essential question sounds simple, but it’s one to consider throughout your college career and beyond. Finding an answer takes time, and your reason for going into a health field will develop and evolve over the years. In this 50-minute workshop we’ll explore the importance of developing a regular reflection practice as well as several reflection methods to consider when developing your own practice.
