Psi Chi Q&A with Mr. Ramsay from Stanford Prison Experiment
Mr. Ramsay will hold a Q&A session with Psi Chi!
Firstly, we are very excited to share that we will be accompanied at our fourth GBM by Dr. Clay Ramsay.
Dr. Ramsay is currently a senior research associate at the Center for International Security Studies within the University of Maryland School of Public Policy. However, prior to his many achievements, degrees, and publications, he took part in a unique experience that will ring a bell to any psychology student:
he held the role of a prisoner in Dr. Philip Zimbardo’s 1971 Stanford Prison Experiment.
We have the honor of holding a Q&A session with Dr. Ramsay about his experience in the now infamous psychology experiment. We’ve created a Google Form for you to submit your questions to be read during the session. Here is the link: https://forms.gle/cehCr3wDwqRKxn6z9
We’re so excited to have this opportunity and we’re sure you are too! I will send the form link again next week in case you think of any new questions in the meantime. As a reminder, GBM #4 is now being held This Wednesday, October 27th at 5:30pm.
In addition, Dr. Ramsay has requested that we hold the session on Zoom - so if you do not yet have a Zoom account, be sure to make one ahead of time!
