Thank you for expressing interest in the Maryland Department of Health's Public Health Internship Program (PHIP) Spring 2026 session.  The applications are now open to apply for our various internship openings.  The application period is from November 3, 2025, to November 17, 2025.  Applications will close at 11:59:00 PM on Monday, November 17, 2025.

• Healthcare Administration

• Public Health Communications

We have opportunities that are in-person and hybrid only.  We are not offering any fully remote internship opportunities.

You may select more than one category on your application.  Please answer the supplemental questionnaire that accompanies the application.  You will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or copy of your diploma, as well as a cover letter.  These things may be attached to your application in one document under College Diploma/Transcript on the application.
