Free Yoga Class with Public Policy

During this busy time of year, it's important to take a moment to breathe, rest, and recharge. Join the School of Public Policy for a free, all-levels hatha yoga class, designed to help you stretch, breathe, and release tension.
Class will be accessible for all levels, including beginners.
BYO yoga, pilates, or exercise mat. Some extra mats may be available - email myriam@umbc.edu to make arrangements.
Class taught by Public Policy resident yoga teacher, Myriam Alexander-Kearns, RYT 200hr.
