Happy Fall Semester, Everyone!!
We wanted to share a few quick updates now that the semester is well underway!
1) Fall Writing Nights
A small group of us have been meeting (mostly regularly) on Tuesdays (5 to 8 PM), Wednesdays (5:30 to 8 PM), and Thursdays (6:30 to 8 PM) to write! If you're interested in joining any of these nights, please email Laila (lailams@umbc.edu) for details.
2) UMBC Faculty/Staff Writing Retreat
Elaine MacDougall (English Department/Writing Center) is organizing a Spring Faculty/Staff Writing Retreat for April 2019 for up to 10 people who are interested in a weekend of writing/productivity! A flyer with additional details is attached to this post and anyone who is interested can click here to submit an interest form.
