The Children's Home Inc. (http://www.thechildrenshome.net/) is looking for a student to work part-time for approximately 1 year, performing data collection and analysis in support of TCH quality programs. This would be a paid position, working 1 day a week with a salary of between $12/hr-$15/hr.
The Clinical Data Analyst is responsible for data collection and report writing using measurement systems established and maintained for The Children’s Home (TCH).

II. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education in social work, public policy, health administration or a related field.
B. Experience: Must have experience in importing and manipulating data in various database platforms. 1-2 years of data analysis and reporting experience is a plus.
C. Special Training / Skills: Intermediate knowledge of social services and business procedures. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, including computer skills.

(E) B. Using data abstraction tools to produces meaningful analyses and correlation of data for internal and external customers.

(E) C. Supports clinical quality improvement and reporting activities for all TCH programs.
D. Communicates, advises and assists other departments to ensure that data submissions are met in a timely manner.
E. Assists Programs in readiness for licensure, COA, and other mandated surveys.
F. Collaborates and participates in Program quality improvement programs and initiatives.
