Adopt a Pixel on NASA's Telescope
Own a Piece of Cosmic History
NASA's Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope successfully launched this past August and is cruising toward its orbit a million miles from Earth with a field of view 100 times larger than Hubble's.
NASA is inviting the public to take part of the observatory for when it captures its first 300-megapixel images at the Sun-Earth Lagrange point, or L2.

What is the Adopt a Pixel Program?
It is your chance to permanently claim a specific coordinate on one of Roman's inaugural survey images.
It is Free.
It is Official. You get a personalized NASA certificate featuring your exact coordinate.
The Science and Fun Facts
Roman is a 2.4 meter optical laboratory.
Roman will measure weak gravitational lensing which is how massive galaxy clusters magnify background light in order to map further away images and dark matter.
Dispersive slitless spectroscopy will read the chemical signatures of distant worlds.
Roman uses transient gravitational alignments to discover over 2,500 new exoplanets, including rocky bodies, by monitoring 100 million stars.
