If you were not already aware, there is a humanitarian crisis occurring in the northeast African country of Sudan. The people are facing extremely poor conditions at the hands of their corrupt government. Upon peaceful protest and asking their leader to resign, they were faced with great violence, with the death and morbidity toll increasing every day. This crisis had been silenced by the Sudanese government, and the world turned a blind eye to it. 

In an attempt to make some noise for the brave and silenced people who continue to stand up against the tyrannical government, members of the UMBC community will gather together to stage a talent show, showcasing all of our amazing talents and organizations on campus, while raising awareness and celebrating this cause.
