Media and communications professionals are the driving force behind entertaining sports production - from camera operations to post game highlights.
This January, YOU can be behind-the-scenes in the exciting world of sports production inĀ MCS 370 - Special Topics in Media and Communications: Sports Production, where you'll learn how to broadcast and market collegiate sports events.
During this hands-on course, work with the professionals who produce and promote UMBC basketball games. Assist in game broadcasts, learn about camera operations, work in-game marketing entertainment, see how sponsorships are established, and help create post game highlight packages.
This upper level course is a New Media and Applied Communication elective for Media and Communication Studies majors.
