Swim & Water Polo Club is a fun, no-commitment, active group for swimmers of all levels. Aquatic sports are lifetime sports which provide major physical, emotional and mental health benefits. These benefits include increased lifespan, stress reduction, boosted self-esteem, weight loss, lowered blood pressure, lowered risk of heart disease, recovery from athletic injuries, and stimulated production of brain cells; all this, and Swim & WP Club also allows you to get involved on campus and make new friends! So if you're ready to take responsibility for your health and fitness while still at college, our new club is eager to have you in the pool with us. Swim & Water Polo Club invites new, aspiring swimmers, recreational lap swimmers, competitive swimmers, and water polo players alike to daily practices and team-building events.
