Topic: Queering the Black Church
The Black church has historically been a refuge for practicing faith, expressing culture, fostering community, and advocating for social change in the face of oppression. We’ll discuss how Black religious queer individuals find ways to practice their spirituality (even as leaders!) in an identity-affirming manner.
