Micro Mindful Mondays
Start your week off on the good foot with bite-sized, powerful mindfulness practices that encourage calm, focus, and well-being. Each week, we will explore a different meditation technique from many different traditions. No experience or props are necessary.
Each session will begin promptly and will be laser focused, including 15 minutes of facilitated practice and 15 minutes of large group discussion and application. Sessions will be facilitated by Jill Wardell in Workplace Learning, OD & Wellness, who has a 15+ year background in facilitating teaching mindfulness to individuals and groups.
