As we step into a new year, the desire to make changes in our life comes to the forefront of our minds. Life changes, whether they be home life or career life, take planning to keep us on track and feel accomplished. How many times have you set a New Year’s resolution only to find yourself in August having forgotten all about your plans? Join us as we set aspirations, and not just resolutions, to make 2023 our best year yet!
In this session we will:
- Analyze what drives and motivates us in life
- Focus on areas of our life that we want to develop
- Set powerful goals
- Devise a plan to achieve our goals
- Identify strategies to put our plans into action
- Set up our calendar to monitor, review, and revise our plan
