Hybrid Learning Faculty Presentations
Faculty in the Winter 2011 Alternate Delivery Program will present the second of two required show and tell hybrid learning presentations that address the pedagogical problems (or implications) a hybrid or online course solves (or creates). A review panel of faculty who have taught online or hybrid courses will hear the presentations, which are open to the campus and will be videotaped (past presentations are also available on the Hybrid Course Design Workshop Blackboard site, and in the Teaching and Learning section of UMBC's iTunes service.
These lunchtime WT2011 ADP faculty presentations are part of the day long Hybrid Course Design Workshop open to any faculty member who wants to teach an online or hybrid course during any semester. If you want to just see how faculty apply their training in online or hybrid course redesign approaches, this is a great opportunity.
Feel free to bring your lunch. Refreshments (drinks/desserts) will be provided.
