Yoga 1 - Mindful Movement Monday 5 Week Series

Come back to your center every Monday, to "press reset" & better prepare yourself for the week ahead.
Ashley Myers will lead us through a 60 minute gentle vinyasa flow helping us to breathe and move more mindfully, leaving us feeling a little more present and lighter than when we came in.
This is a gentle flow class, for all levels. No experience necessary. Classes will take place on 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, 12/2 and 12/9.
Space is limited and registration is required. Please register for each session individually.
