5-Week Gentle and Restorative Yoga Series
This 5-week yoga series will focus on finding stillness in our minds and bodies during this emotional time in our world. We will explore various restorative, yin, and heart-opening poses in a meditative and calming practice.
Offerings for how to take your practice off the mat will be provided during each session, as well as guided meditations and readings. Elaine MacDougall is a 500hr certified yoga teacher with training in vinyasa, yin, and trauma-informed yoga. She teaches writing classes for the English department and directs the Writing Center at UMBC.
This series will take place on the following dates: 7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/3 and 8/10. Please note that when registering, you are registering for the series.
