Gentle Yoga Pop-Up Session
We invite you to unwind with us before the holidays with some gentle yoga on Thursday, December 17th 8-9am.
Ashley Myers will guide us through postures that are accessible for all levels, to create some space in the body and feel lighter. We will also be focusing on our breath to help connect to our bodies. All you need is space to practice, and a yoga mat if you have one - but not required.
Participants will receive a link with the credentials for the session 24 hours beforehand.
