With a gradual return to campus and hybrid work we will need to continue to upskill in order to evolve as the nature of our work and our workplace evolves. The Hybrid Workplace series offers staff training in the available productivity and collaboration tools that will help contribute to individual and shared success in our new normal.

Our post-pandemic workforce requires managers and leaders to continually flex their adaptability muscle in how they support both the people and the work. In this course, you will learn how to navigate and balance the core components of managing hybrid teams: structure/expectations, equity, communication, performance, and culture as well as helpful tools to support these tasks.
