Dear Retrievers and Valued Transit Riders,
Due to the incoming inclement weather, UMBC’s main campus will close at 6pm on Sunday, February 22, 2026.UMBC Transit will suspend all bus services at 4:00 PM.
The final bus departures for the day will be as follows:
- Paradise – 3:00 PM
- Downtown – 3:30 PM
- Arbutus – 3:30 PM
- Catonsville – 3:00 PM
- Route 40 – 2:30 PM
We encourage all riders to plan accordingly and travel safely. Please check here for any additional updates.
Transit Tips for Safe Travel:
- Dress warmly and prepare for slick surfaces due to potential snow or ice.
- Use the Transit App for real-time bus tracking.
- Exercise caution when boarding and avoid running to catch the bus.
