Join us to learn evidence-based skills to reduce distress and build resiliency. You've Got This Workshop is based on mindfulness and scheduled for four topics.
Topic 1: Mindfulness and stress management (5/6, Wed. at 2pm)
Topic 2: Thought as Thought (5/12, Tues. at 11am)
Topic 3: Emotion as Emotion (5/20, Wed. at 2pm)
Topic 4: Interpersonal Effectiveness (5/27, Wed. at 2pm)
You are encouraged to attend all four sessions as each session will provide different coping strategies. However, you can drop in any single session as well.
