T3: Scavenger Hunt
Join us for our first T3 social of the semester!
Join us for an exciting scavenger hunt around campus! All are welcome! We will begin outside of the bookstore!
“T3” stands for “Totus Tuus Tonight,” which was our patron saint Pope John Paul II’s motto during his papacy. It is in reference to the Virgin Mary and means, “Totally Yours.” JPII was consecrated to Jesus through Mary, His mother. This means that he trusted her to always lead him to her Son and His divine will. We chose the name “Totus Tuus Tonight” in order to give a shoutout to our patron saint, remind us to surrender our lives to Jesus and His holy will, and remember that during these social events, we’re striving to be totally present with one another - not distracted by our phones, our work, etc. Too often, we sacrifice relationship with God and others due to our busy schedules and the distractions of life. At least once a month (hopefully more), we want to be able to give each other our full attention and say “Friends, I’m totally yours tonight.”
