INTRODUCING The 2nd Annual Maryland Student Jewish Art Competition!
A project in partnership with Towson University Hillel, UMBC Hillel, Goucher Hillel, The Israel on Campus Coalition (ICC) The Associated, Hillel International's Israel Action Program, Baltimore Hebrew Institute, Towson University College of Fine Arts & Communication, this competition aims to engage talented artists studying in Maryland Universities with ideas around Jewish life, learning, and Israel.
With up to $800 dollars of cash prizes on the lines and the opportunity to have your work viewed by acclaimed curators, artists, and academics, this is a competition to get excited about entering!

Applications must be submitted before 3 PM, April 8, via the following link: https://forms.gle/sjbYxBPXWCaaaV6X8
All students of Maryland Universities may apply with up to 2 works of art.
Eligible works of art are those that may be defined as "Fine Art", including drawing and design based art such as painting, sketching, sculpture, printmaking etc. and other visual art such as photography.
Your works of art must be accompanied with a 500 word max reflection on its connection to Israel and/ or Jewish life or, learning.

2nd Prize $200
3rd Prize: $50
4th Prize: $25
5th Prize: $25
People's Choice (voted by students): $100

On April 13 we will be having a Showcase celebrating our artists at the Towson Commons.

This competition opens March 2 at 12pm and closes April 8 at 3 pm.
