Introducing JLF: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Well-Being!
With Wellness and self-care on the forefront of our minds, join us for ten weeks of cohort learning and community building as we explore Jewish ideas and approaches to well-being, developing our own direction and approach to well-being in our contemporary lives.
First time JLF participants will receive a $180 stipend upon completion, and returning participants $72. Please sign up by 2/1 to vote on the meeting day and time!
All levels or lack of prior Jewish learning experience are welcome. While all are welcome regardless of religious identity, the curriculum is designed primarily for Jewish undergrad students, and it is not an introduction to Judaism course. If you have any questions, please contact Aliza Silverman, Interim Campus Director, at asilverman@umbc.edu
