Glow Yoga at the RAC

Glow Yoga offers a calming, immersive wellness experience that blends gentle movement, mindfulness, and upbeat energy AND glow sticks!
Students participate in a beginner-friendly yoga flow led by a certified instructor, designed to help release tension, increase flexibility, and reset the mind after the first busy days of the semester.
It’s the perfect mid-week wellness break and a great way to recharge while building healthy habits for the semester ahead.
Spots are limited, so reserve your spot through myUMBC!
Participants that reserve a spot on myUMBC will need to check in 15 minutes prior to the start of class. If you do not check in, your spot will be given to someone on the walk in list.
If you are unable to secure a spot via myUMBC you may still be able to attend by putting your name on the walk in list. This list will be available approximately 30 minutes prior to the class start time.
