Self Defense Wing Chun Class

Wing Chun is a martial arts form focusing on close quarters self-defense that is efficient and concept-based. Our practices mainly involve conditioning, the practical application of Wing Chun techniques, and sparring.
Classes are taught by Coach Gamel Spencer, who has won many grand fighting championships and has coached many students to win at tournaments. He has practiced martial arts since 1972.
We meet weekly on Sundays from 4:00 - 6:00 pm in the RAC, Fitness Studio 130.
