Tai-Chi is an internal martial arts style with a focus on the natural body mechanics and energy flow, relaxation, and awareness and sensitivity.
It's great for improving your joint health, flexibility, and balance, as well as being a great opportunity to de-stress after a long week.
Our Tai-chi classes are FREE OF CHARGE during the months of February and March! We meet weekly on Fridays from 6 - 8:30 pm.
No experience is required, and all skill levels are welcome!
