Celebrate 30 Years of IMDA
Join us at the Lion Bros. Building!
This year marks 30 years of artists graduating from the Intermedia and Digital Arts MFA Program at UMBC. Please join us in celebrating innovative creative research and cutting edge art with a free evening of art, music, food and fun!
Current graduate student studios will be open alongside featured artwork by alumni; a 4 p.m. panel talk featuring IMDA alumni Cyriaco Lopes ’02, Marian April Glebes ’09, and Mollye Bendell ’18; and delicious food catered by Mera Kitchen Collective. And we will announce the winner of the 2026 Kathy O’Dell IMDA Award for Outstanding MFA Written Thesis and Exhibition!
This event is free and open to the public, but please r.s.v.p. in advance.
The Lion Brothers Building is located at 875 Hollins Street, Baltimore, with ample nearby parking.
