Artist Talk with Caine Keenan
Hear from a Cirque du Soleil performer!
As part of its Friday Free Hour Series of Artist Talks, the Department of Dance presents Caine Keenan, who will speak about his life as a performer in Cirque du Soleil’s Mystère.
Caine Keenan received his BFA degree from Tisch School of the Arts and is a native of Wethersfield, Connecticut. From performances, to choreography, to master classes, he brings his passion for the art of dance. After eight years of work with Nikolais Dance Theater and Ririe Woodbury Dance Company, Keenan has became a full time teacher at the Dance Zone in Henderson, Nevada, training dancers of all levels and ages for competitions and recreational programs. He is a featured dance artist in Cirque du Soleil’s Mystère at Treasure Island.
