BALTIMORE�UMBC head women's basketball coach Phil Stern today announced that two student-athletes will transfer to UMBC this fall. Raven Harris (American) and Brittany Crowell (James Madison) may practice with the Retrievers in the 2010-11 academic year, but cannot to compete until the 2011-12 season due to NCAA transfer rules. Both players will have two years of eligibility remaining.
