Back-to-Back: Justin Carter Earns Second Consecutive America East Player of the Week Honor

Cambridge, Mass.- For the second consecutive week, UMBC freshman Justin Carter has been named America East Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week. Carter ran his singles winning streak to four in a row with two victories this weekend over Navy and Delaware.
