West Hartford, Conn.- Hartford midfielder Garrett Dollard scored the game-tying goal with 11 seconds remaining in regulation and tallied the game-winner 54 seconds into overtime as the host Hawks edged the UMBC Retrievers, 15-14, in the America East opener for both teams at Al-Marzook Stadium. UMBC freshman midfielder Pat Young led the visitors with a season-best four goals and five points. Retriever senior attackmen Scott Jones and Matt Gregoire added three goals apiece.
