Cambridge, Mass.- UMBC freshman midfielder Pat Young has been named America East Conference Men's Lacrosse Rookie-of-the-Week for games ending April 13, 2013.Young joins classmate attackman Nate Lewnes as Retrievers to earn the league's Rookie-of-the-Week honor in 2013. His 22 goals is the most for a Retriever freshman since Cayle Ratcliffe scored 42 goals in 2007.
